Description: Zara White suspects there's a freaky guy semi-stalking her. She's also obsessed with phobias. And it's true, she hasn't exactly been herself since her stepfather died. But exiling her to shivery Maine to live with her grandmother? That seems a bit extreme. The move is supposed to help her stay sane...but Zara's pretty sure her mom just can't deal with her right now. She couldn't be more wrong. Turns out the semi-stalker is not a figment of Zara's overactive imagination. In fact, he's still following her, leaving behind an eerie trail of gold dust. There's something not right - not human - in this sleepy Maine town, and all signs point to Zara.
Rating: 3 STARS
COVER: The cover was pretty good at drawing me in, the gold glitter remined me of a rave. Don't ask why. I also liked how there was a little bit of a mysterious aura near the corners of it.
REVIEW: In the begining I was a little hesitant about the book, but when i continued and got far enough the book was pretty good. Actually, it was nearing great. I liked how they were called shape-shifters instead of were wolves, 'cause that names gettin pretty old. There was some romance between to of the characters Zara and Nick. Oh, and a little from some of the friends, but i kind of forgot there names :0. This book was magical, i'm serious it had some magic in it. Ms. Jones wrote an intense book filled with crazy shenanigans. The plot is easy to follow and the main character has funny quirks, like for example knowing the name of all phobias and reciting them when afraid. CRAZY, but cool.
